Lisette Guittard

Lisette is Banco Santander’s Global Head of Cyber Secure User Experiences, responsible for protecting the bank’s 125 million customers and 200,000+ employees from cyber threats. She manages global cyber communications campaigns and products for employees and customers that improve their security online. She is a recognized leader in her industry, notably by Innovate Finance’s Women in Fintech Powerlist. She previously served as a spokesperson at the US Department of Homeland Security under the Obama Administration, focusing on crisis communications and reputation management. She’s originally from Los Angeles, lives in Madrid and enjoys surfing and art.
